In order to ensure that the production process is not harmful to society and to the environment, Nandi uses different kinds of environmental protection instruments which neutralise all forms of avoidable pollution:
This eliminates harmful residue by conversion into pellets, rich in cellulose and micronutrients, which can be used as fertilizers.
Separation of organic particles in the gas emissions from the roaster before they arrive at the catalyser.
Auxiliary burner – the gas emissions are heated to a temperature of around 400ºC.
Catalyser – oxidisation of organic components into smaller CO2 and H2O molecules.
